When is the deadline to sponsor?

Can I sponsor a specific hole?
Yes. Hole-in-One sponsors get exclusive branding on their chosen hole and large logo placement.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (BDO/Metrobank), GCash.

Are there tax benefits?
Yes. MGCNLCA is BIR-accredited. We provide a donation certificate for tax deductions.

Can we split payments?
Yes, upon arrangement. Contact us for installment options.

When will we receive our benefits?
We verify payments and send confirmation emails within 24 hours of submission.

Where will our logo appear?
Event banners, social media, school lobby tarp, hole signage, and awarding backdrop (depending on tier).

What are the logo specifications?
High-res PNG/JPEG with transparent background.

Can we provide our own banners?
Yes, within size guidelines. Must be approved by our marketing committee first.

Can we set up a booth?
Gold, Diamond, and Co-Presenter packages include booth options.

Can we distribute samples/products?
Yes. All tiers can distribute samples. Must be pre-approved and comply with venue rules.

What about power/table needs?
A basic table is provided. Power access is available with advance notice.

How do we confirm our sponsorship?

1. Express interest via email or contact form

2. Sign & return sponsorship contract via email

3. Complete our sponsorship confirmation form

4. Submit proof of payment and logo/assets via the form
